I ran into Lily on the trail. I picked this route in part because Lily would be here. She didn't know it, but she was the reason I kept going. It was pretty hard to stay motivated today, especially after running 18 miles yesterday. Since I know she was here I forced myself to make it. I ran in to her at about mile 5.25 in. With only .75 miles left to go I could keep going on.
